Frank grew up in South Georgia where he learned southern manners and putting others first as a way of life. Entering the construction industry after college enabled him to learn a great deal about how to build a house correctly, and a successful 35-year career in outside sales confirmed his belief that fulfilling commitments and exceeding expectations are the hallmarks of building effective business relationships.  A series of promotions relocated him to the Tri-Cities, and, after a great career in sales and sales management, he now applies both his construction knowledge and business skills to helping clients attain their real estate goals.  He spends as much time as possible enjoying our beautiful lakes and forests, hunting whitetail and fishing for striper, and he's also a big fan of SEC football.

Ann grew up in a hard-working and musical family on a farm in Southwest Virginia, and currently makes her home by the lake in Northeast Tennessee. As a graduate of the University of Tennessee, she worked several years in software design and marketing before transitioning into education (pre-K through college), all while working as a professional classical musician since her teens.  Clients describe Ann as highly competent, detailed, patient, and encouraging, and she honors the trust clients place in her.  In addition to working full-time to deliver value and results for her clients, she enjoys spending time on the lake with her husband and real estate partner, Frank, and their six adult children, learning to garden and adventuring in new places.
